One On One With Diabetic Triathlete Raymond Wagener

This week I had the honour of hosting probably my most inspiring guest to date, Raymond Wagener. Ray is an insane triathlete, placing second in his age group at South African champs leading to him being invited to  partake in the World Champs in Lucern, Switzerland. However, even more inspiring yet is that Ray has type one diabetes. Instead of letting that get him down, he’s grabbed life with two hands and truly shown it horns.
